Privacy Policy
This policy explains what this website collects and how it’s used. It covers the website only. If you become a client, you’ll receive my Notice of Privacy Practices, which explains how your health information is protected under HIPAA.
What this site collects
- Consultation requests. When you use the booking form, it sends me your name, email, optional phone number, who the sessions are for, where you’d like to meet, and any short note you add. It’s delivered by email and isn’t stored on this website.
- Email signup. If you sign up for new articles, your email address is stored so I can send them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Analytics. The site may use privacy-conscious analytics and call tracking to understand which pages are useful and how people get in touch. These tools don’t receive anything you type into the forms.
- Maps. The office map is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads.
Please don’t send health details through the website
Email and web forms aren’t fully private. Please keep notes brief and don’t include medical or mental health details. We’ll talk about what’s going on privately once we’re in touch.
How information is used
Only to respond to you, schedule a consultation, send articles you asked for, and improve the website. It isn’t sold or shared for advertising.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I have from the website, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. Contact me at (323) 607-7329 or through the contact page.
Emergencies
This website and its forms aren’t monitored for emergencies. If you’re in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.
